Welcome to FileWave Academy, the new home for FileWave training. Formerly known as Foundry, Academy is where we’ll continue to update and improve our learning content to help you get more from FileWave.

Get started: Select Course Categories in the navigation menu at the top of the page to explore the available courses.

Signing in: You’ll need a FileWave single sign-on (SSO) account to log in. Make sure your account is set up before signing in. If you don’t have one, contact your FileWave Customer Success team for help getting started.

Your past activity and certificates: The old Foundry site will remain online for the next few months during the transition, so you can review your past learning activity and access your certificates. Please use that time to download any certificates you’d like to keep.

Did you know that FileWave has activated Moodle Mobile for use with FileWave Academy?  This app is available for Android and IOS devices. These instructions will walk you through the process of setting this up on your mobile device:

1. Download the application "Moodle" from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Once you have downloaded the app you need to set it up to use with FileWave Academy.
3. Enter the site URL: https://academy.filewave.com 
4. You will then get a notice that you have to log into the site in a browser window.
5. You will see the FileWave Academy login screen that you would normally see on your computer.
6. Once you have logged in you should see all the same course content as you would on your computer.
7. You are now all set to use the app.
